We are looking for a Junior Photographer to join our Production team! This role ensures all Clutch vehicles are photographed to the highest standards and accurately represented in our database. You will work closely with the reconditioning and logistics teams to ensure vehicles are shuttled, photographed, and uploaded efficiently.

• Handle company camera equipment to take high-quality interior and exterior vehicle photos
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any imperfections that fall outside Clutch’s standards
• Shuttle vehicles between warehouses and outside lots as needed
• Follow a standard shot list for each vehicle to maintain consistency, proper exposure, and composition
• Edit and upload photos to the company’s administrative application (cropping, straightening, exposure)
• Provide feedback to the team on process improvements and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and logistics teams to support vehicle readiness

• Tech‑savvy with familiarity in camera functions and basic photo editing
• Interest in the automotive industry and comfort troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
• Team player with people leadership or mentorship experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a get‑it‑done, action‑oriented attitude
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Post‑secondary education
• Able to commit to a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

• Interest or experience in photography and photo editing
• Experience with partner sites (Auto Trader, Kijiji, etc.)
• Comfortable driving manual transmission

Wage: $20.00 per hour
