Position: Generative Artist for Image and Video Production
Elevate visual storytelling as a Generative Artist focusing on image and video production. This role demands precision in generating shots while adhering to established keyframes and continuity.

You will produce stills and motion assets following locked specifications from directors, ensuring every element maintains consistency, including characters, sets, props, and lighting. Your expertise will be crucial in generating high-quality materials suitable for editorial use while performing advanced AI voice synchronization and prompt engineering for varied shot output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate shots from QA'd keyframes and references

• Maintain continuity across characters and setups

• Conduct batch generation and triage selects

• Produce AI voice and lip-sync passes

• Log all assets with parameters and versions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in generative art for media

• Strong understanding of current image/video models

• Familiarity with Claude Skills and automation tools

• Excellent attention to detail in file management

• Ability to work asynchronously with Pacific Time overlap
