The Objective  Your scripts are the blueprint for everything that gets shot and cut after you. You'll write short automotive spots, industrial mini-documentaries, and local-service ads, and you need a real sense of pacing and what actually holds attention.
You write for the edit: your scripts should include visual cues, b-roll direction, and sound notes our crew can shoot and cut against directly. No filler. If you can take a complicated B2B pitch and turn it into a clear 30-second script, that's the job.
The Arsenal   Strong direct-response copywriting and visual storytelling
Able to write 'for the edit': pacing, A-roll/B-roll structure, audio cues
Experience across formats: 30s/60s spots, longer sales videos, short-form social hooks
A real sense of what keeps a viewer watching
Able to write in different brand voices, from automotive to industrial
Comfortable rewriting based on feedback and strategy changes
A portfolio of real commercial, agency, or corporate video scripts
2+ years of experience in agency or commercial scriptwriting
