Bilingual Customer Service Representative

IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for a Permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client in Mississauga.

Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, emails, phone calls, as well as help pick-up customers and perform general administrative duties in both Spanish and English.

• Answer emails, live chat and phone calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries about transit times, product substitutions, order changes, and general questions.
• Help customers who come in for pick-up orders
• Processing credit, debit, or cash transactions.
• Must be able to communicate and work with other agents and co-workers.

• High school diploma or GED
• One to two years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• English:
  Fluent– speaking, reading, and writing
• Spanish:
  Fluent– speaking, reading, and writing (for bilingual agents)
• Average typing speed of 30 WPM
• Detail oriented and must be able to multitask

• Work in an office and warehouse setting.

• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Able to go up and down ladders
• Squatting, kneeling, crouching, bending, and walking
• Visual, oral, and auditory dexterity
• Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday – must be comfortable working Sundays occasionally
• Timing is 10:30AM until 7:00PM or 10:00AM until 6:30PM
