In this full-time position, you will manage Canadian client inquiries while assisting with company formation and compliance. Your expertise will help clients establish businesses in both Canada and Dubai, coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct consultation calls to assess client needs
• Prepare and present proposals and service agreements
• Collaborate with tax and accounting teams for onboarding
• Manage cross-border service requests with the Dubai team
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or sales in Canada
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in client communication and consultative selling
• Organized and proactive with multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge in accounting or CRM systems is a plus
