In this position, you'll manage inquiries from Canadian clients and assist with company formations, ensuring their needs are meticulously met. Collaborate with our Dubai team to streamline cross-border requests while delivering top-notch client experiences through effective communication and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and CRM
• Perform client consultations to evaluate needs
• Draft and present pricing proposals and service agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
• Support service delivery for UAE business setups
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or sales within Canada
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Confidence in communicating with clients effectively
• Organized and proactive in task management
• Familiarity with accounting and tax systems is a benefit
