In this role, you will ensure the success of the Cash Management Services team by achieving individual goals aligned with the business's strategies and objectives. Your expertise in Commercial and Small Business Banking products will enable you to resolve client inquiries effectively while adhering to established performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a client-driven service culture
• Provide ongoing support for day-to-day banking requests
• Assist in resolving client concerns and service issues
• Analyze situations and recommend solutions proactively
• Contribute to operational risk and compliance management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• 2 years of experience in Financial Services
• Proven customer service skills
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking procedures
• Fluent in English, with strong organizational skills
Drive exceptional service and maintain excellent client relationships as a Service Officer with Scotiabank in Mississauga.
