Elevate customer experiences as a full-time Customer Service Order Management Specialist with Adecco in SW Mississauga, ON. Manage orders end-to-end, ensuring collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Order Management Specialist for an ongoing contract. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and familiarity with order management systems like SAP. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to manage orders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for customers and distributors
• Process sales orders accurately using SAP or similar systems
• Coordinate delivery schedules and update customers on order status
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
• Monitor billing, order accuracy, and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years in customer service
• Experience with order management tools, SAP preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
• Post-secondary education preferred
