We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a permanent full-time role in our manufacturing department. This position calls for a proactive individual with at least two years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries through various channels and maintaining detailed records of interactions while ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries through multiple communication methods
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues promptly
• Work with technical teams on complex customer problems
• Keep accurate records of customer feedback
• Process orders efficiently in the ERP system
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Bilingualism in English/French is advantageous
