As a Banking Advisor, you will manage high call volumes, typically 40-60 calls per shift, providing solutions for everyday banking inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals with at least six months of phone-based customer service experience. You will provide empathetic assistance while supporting team goals and offering banking solutions to clients while working in a hybrid model, with one day in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 40-60 inbound calls each shift
• Assist clients with everyday banking inquiries
• Provide solutions at first point of contact
• Support team members in achieving service goals
• Educate clients on bank’s digital capabilities
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• 6+ months customer service experience
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
• Ability to work hybrid schedule
• Strong relationship-building skills in financial services
Utilize your language skills and empathy to enhance client experiences as an Everyday Banking Advisor.
