This part-time position is at the forefront of CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team. You will provide exceptional client engagement, problem-solving support, and navigate technology to help clients leverage mobile banking applications. Flexibility is key; you may work evenings or weekends and across banking centers within reasonable travel distances.
