Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert on policies and products

• Initiate difficult discussions with empathy and clarity
• Meet daily call center metrics while managing call volume
Requirements:
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills and resilience
• Excellent listening and communication abilities
• Must be flexible for a 35-hour workweek
