Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and order issues

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma is required
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Bilingual in French and English is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
