Drive exceptional pet parent interactions as the Customer Service Experience Lead us on leading your team to achieve service excellence in a vibrant, welcoming store.
As a Retail Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee associate training and performance evaluations while ensuring a clean and safe shopping experience.
Your role will support successful pet adoptions and community events through effective marketing strategies and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and mentor associates for improved performance
• Deliver outstanding customer service to pet parents
• Assist in promoting marketing events for pets
• Keep the store environment clean and safe
• Accurately process customer transactions via POS
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in retail customer service
• Advantageous leadership experience
• Must be available full-time, with flexibility
• Proficient in computer and communication skills
• Able to lift heavy items and work with animals
Cultivate a positive environment for pets and owners while leading a dedicated team at Pet Smart.
