Working at Bestax Chartered Accountants, your role will pivot on client communication and sales within our Canadian services. You'll assist clients in navigating business setups both in Canada and Dubai, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone or CRM
• Guide clients through business setup consultations
• Prepare proposals for services and pricing
• Collaborate with the Canadian tax team for onboarding
• Document client interactions accurately in CRM
Requirements:
• Customer service experience, particularly in Canada
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
• Competency in consultative selling and client engagement
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with accounting or CRM systems is advantageous
