Dilawri, Canada's largest automotive group, seeks an energetic and organized Service Coordinator. Located at Dixie Road & Highway 401, you will excel in a fast-paced environment while managing customer service communications.
Your role will focus on building customer relationships and promoting recommended services for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule service appointments for customers efficiently
• Connect proactively with clients to recommend services
• Manage calls, texts, and emails in a contact-centre
• Build relationships while learning about promotions
• Meet quality benchmarks while delivering excellent service
Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
