As a full-time Customer Support Specialist on the Customer Order Processing team, you will work with a top-tier company in battery charging, welding, and solar energy technology. Key responsibilities include managing customer databases, preparing sales quotes, and processing orders, ensuring you deliver exceptional service while supporting both the warehouse and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer database using BaaN ERP system
• Prepare sales and service quotations promptly
• Process customer sales and service orders efficiently
• Handle claims and support purchasing processes
• Serve as point of contact for procurement inquiries
Requirements:
• Technical understanding and eagerness to learn
• Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual (French or German) preferred
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience
