Dixie Toyota is looking for a customer-oriented Appointment Coordinator to enhance our service department experience. In this full-time role, you will greet customers, manage bookings, and maintain ongoing relationships through follow-up calls. Take part in Toyota University training to strengthen your knowledge of products and services while ensuring adherence to dealership policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone
• Manage inbound and outbound appointment flows
• Adjust booking schedules and complete related training
• Maintain customer follow-ups and reminders consistently
• Estimate service jobs accurately and knowledgeably
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma required
• Automotive knowledge or service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills needed
• Basic math and computer skills essential
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
