This position, within the Customer Contact Centre, is essential for maintaining high service standards. You will manage customer interactions, facilitate digital onboarding, and resolve issues effectively. Fluency in both French and English is key as you engage with customers and ensure their banking needs are met. This role also involves collaboration with various operational teams to enhance customer experience continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service and resolve inquiries
• Manage inbound customer communications effectively
• Support customers during the digital onboarding process
• Work to resolve issues at first contact

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center work
• Minimum one year banking experience
• Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English required
