Seamstress, alterations and customer service associate
To ensure our customers receive top quality and excellent timely Dry Cleaning & Alterations service that is up to the Quality Care Cleaners standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tag and organize customer orders

Follow Quality Care Cleaners garments alterations and inspection process

Bag garments and ensure quality alterations, cleaning and pressing has been done beforehand

Service customers, both when receiving and returning clothes

Work in fast paced environment, ensuring multiple tasks are done to customers satisfaction

Hand fold clothes when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years of sewing, alterations and customer service experience

Must have experience using industrial sewing machines

Previous experience in Dry Cleaners is an asset

Ability to use hand-held steam irons

Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent communications skills

Dependable and Reliable

Basic computer skills

Must be resident of Canada
