As a Technical Dispatcher, you will receive customer inquiries, assign service orders, and ensure efficient communication with technicians.
Your role will include following up on parts and services while preparing accurate invoices based on technician reports. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills are crucial in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email
• Efficiently dispatch service orders to technicians
• Update customers on repair status as needed
• Work with the Parts Department for ordering
• Verify technician work orders and ASP invoices
Requirements:
• One year of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Proficient in MS-Word and MS-Excel
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math abilities for invoicing tasks
