You will manage the customer journey, overseeing vital aspects like onboarding and project delivery. Your expertise in project management, operational processes, and customer relations will be essential for crafting an exceptional customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical customer delivery projects efficiently
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:
• 5–8 years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS
