Customer Service Representative needed in Mississauga, ON.Previous Customer Service work experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required.

Pay: $21.60/hour

Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm Monday-Friday### Responsibilities
* Taking calls/responding to customer inquiries/resolving issues/relaying to appropriate parties as required
* Scheduling customer meetings
* Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Other administrative duties as required### Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong Customer Service experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
* Strong office administration/data entry skills
* Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
* Experience with transportation software
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
