In this full-time role, you will manage both inbound and outbound communications, converting quotes to orders and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years in a similar capacity within manufacturing or distribution, alongside proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce. Bilingual capabilities in English and French are mandatory for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls and emails with precision
• Record customer interactions in CRM software
• Accurately input and manage orders in the system
• Collaborate with the warehouse for order inquiries
• Provide technical product information and assistance
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy customer service environment
• Must be onsite 5 days a week
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
