In this role, you'll manage customer relationships through effective communication and precise order handling. Key responsibilities include data entry, procurement processes, updating order status, and managing product returns. You'll work closely with the sales and other teams and leverage your organizational skills to serve customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accommodate customer preferences and manage relationships
• Execute detailed order management and procurement tasks
• Track product return requests until resolution
• Collaborate with vendors and team for customer fulfillment
• Perform various support functions within the sales team
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree required
• 1-3 years in customer service or purchasing roles
• Experience in order entry essential
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
