Bilingual Customer Support

Position: Bilingual Customer Support at NCR Atleos

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle inquiries from both our Canadian Merchant and Cardholder phone queues. Key responsibilities include managing service calls, resolving customer issues, and reviewing operational status of terminals. This position is essential for ensuring quality customer service and may involve additional special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bilingual customer service inquiries for both merchants and cardholders

• Manage customer voicemail and Info Email inbox efficiently

• Open and monitor service calls through ERP system

• Conduct inquiries on 0TX terminals and assist with resolution

• Participate in continuous self-development and team meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in bilingual call center environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• High school diploma or GED required
