Become part of Mier Recruitment’s team as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative focused on order administration in Peel Region. This role requires fluency in French and English to provide outstanding service.
In this in-office, full-time position, you'll report to the Manager, Customer Support. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, managing order flow, and ensuring effective communication with the Quebec team. Your proactive approach will help enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first contact for French- and English-speaking customers
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage work orders for technical support
• Process sales orders and monitor fulfillment
• Track service requests and communicate updates
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
• Experience in customer service or order admin preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Provide key customer support in a role that values your bilingual expertise.
