In this onsite role, you will handle order management processes, facilitating customer inquiries through calls and emails. Your strong communication skills and detail-oriented nature are key to resolving order escalations and ensuring fulfillment quality. Support the Sales and Supply Chain functions with process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding orders
• Respond to email inquiries within established timelines
• Confirm and modify orders and deliveries
• De-escalate concerns and resolve challenges
• Communicate processes to internal and external parties
Requirements:
• College Diploma required
• 2+ years in customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
