Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone inquiries

• Respond promptly to customer telephone and email requests

• Search catalogs to identify correct parts for customers

• Contact vendors for availability and pricing of parts

• Maintain cleanliness in the Phone Room

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum one year in sales or counter operations

• Additional product training preferred

• Ability to work weekend shifts

• Strong communication skills
