In this role, you will work on-site four days a week and have the flexibility to work remotely one day. Your primary responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, processing orders, and managing returns. With 1 to 3 years of experience, you'll leverage your communication skills in a dynamic environment focused on advanced cardiac technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build robust customer relationships and enhance satisfaction
• Answer inbound calls from customers and sales teams
• Process customer orders, returns, and credit requests
• Trace shipments and provide order status updates
• Participate in improving quality and productivity
Requirements:
• Completed college degree
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
