As a Customer Service Agent, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients. You will manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring a professional interaction every time. Your attention to detail will be crucial when you validate new contracts and enter meter readings in SAP, striving for first contact resolution whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming customer communications
• Ensure accurate meter reads in SAP
• Track and resolve trouble tickets on time
• Validate new contracts for correct billing
• Support colleagues during absences and projects
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent listening and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual skills (French & English) preferred
