Position: Bilingual Customer Service Role at JTEKT
Elevate the customer experience with JTEKT Sales Canada Inc. as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Serve clients in both French and English from the Mississauga Distribution Centre.

As a vital part of the team, you will manage customer orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and professional support. This position requires strong communication skills to build relationships and address inquiries. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for customer account portfolios

• Manage end-to-end order processes for accuracy and timely delivery

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams

• Resolve customer inquiries about pricing, shipping, and claims

• Monitor order activities and proactively address potential issues

Requirements:

• Strong experience in customer service or support roles

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• High School Diploma required; 2-3 years experience
