Based out of our Mississauga Distribution Centre , we proudly support automotive and industrial customers across Canada with high-quality products and reliable service.
We're currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our team.
In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing customer orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and a seamless customer experience.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to proactively meet customer needs and deliver on commitments.
Resolve customer inquiries related to pricing, shipping, order status, packaging, and claims with professionalism and urgency.
Monitor order activity, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Maintain accurate order information and support reporting to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar client-focused role.
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/order entry systems.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is an asset.
2-3 years customer service experience
Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sector is considered a strong asset.
