As a Smart Care Client Engagement Partner, your expertise will keep engagements organized and valuable. You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively communicate with clients. This position is especially suited for those at the beginning of their Customer Success careers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client inquiries and triage service issues
• Coordinate ongoing Smart Care service requests
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
• Track project deliverables and engagement progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of meetings and actions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Customer Success or Client Services
• Experience with HCM platforms or similar solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of CRM and collaboration tools
Be the voice of the customer at Align HCM while maximizing client success in the HCM landscape.
