As a Customer Service Specialist at Petro-Canada Lubricants, you will be essential in delivering exceptional service to key accounts and distributors. Your responsibilities will include accurate order processing, coordination of deliveries, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. This progressive role will help you build fundamental skills, advancing to complex expertise in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for key accounts and distributors
• Process sales orders using SAP or iBuy systems
• Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules to customers
• Resolve order and delivery issues professionally
• Provide technical information and documentation to customers
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Experience in order management preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management and organization
• Knowledge of lubricant products is an asset
