We’re looking for a driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Fronius Canada. You will maintain customer databases, prepare accurate sales quotations, and ensure timely processing of orders.

Your role will involve coordinating shipments, handling claims, and assisting with logistics, contributing to a smooth sales process. Your collaboration with warehouse and sales teams will be crucial in meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer database in ERP (BaaN)

• Prepare sales quotations and service orders

• Manage claims processing for orders and purchases

• Coordinate logistics and supplier relations

• Support warehouse operations and marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Strong technical understanding and eagerness to learn

• Experience with ERP systems and CRM

• Attention to detail in data management

• Bilingual:
French and English proficiency

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
