You will manage inquiries, collaborate with teams, and analyze orders to ensure services meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries and requests from customer accounts
• Coordinate meetings to discuss orders and backlogs
• Customize training materials for client updates
• Collaborate on shipping orders and product fulfillment
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or account management
• Knowledge of garment and apparel industry
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
• Fluency in English and French
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
