A day in the life of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints received via inbound phone calls or emails, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Aim for first‑call resolution to enhance the overall customer experience.
Accurately identify customer needs or preferences and recommend suitable products or services.
Execute account modifications and handle requests related to payments, credits, and other account inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments by providing insightful feedback to enhance sales, marketing, and business processes.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all products to confidently address and answer any customer inquiries.
What we are looking for
Fully proficient in English and French.
1–2 years' experience in a call center environment.
Empathetic, compassionate, and operates with integrity.
Ability to multi‑task, adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment, and work independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong keyboarding skills, and ability to learn and master new software programs.
Ability to work full time in our office in either Pickering or Mississauga, ON.

We are offering a rate of $20.10 – $25.00 /hr for this role, plus the opportunity to earn performance bonuses. Should your total compensation expectations fall above the posted range, we still encourage you to apply.
