Transportation Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative needed in Mississauga, ON.

Previous Customer Service work experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required.

Pay: $21.60/hour

Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
- Taking calls/responding to customer inquiries/resolving issues/relaying to appropriate parties as required
- Scheduling customer meetings
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Customer Service experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
- Strong office administration/data entry skills
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

- Experience with transportation software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
