Join Swissport as a Passenger Services Agent, where you will excel in delivering essential customer services in the bustling aviation sector. From check-ins to VIP assistance, your role is critical to ensuring a positive travel experience.
As a vital part of the team, you will provide comprehensive support in reservations, ticketing, and baggage management. Your duties include inspecting documentation, assisting passengers with special needs, and making necessary public announcements. Flexibility and attention to detail are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect documentation and issue boarding passes
• Assist passengers, including VIPs and those needing special assistance
• Manage baggage processing and fees as required
• Ensure compliance with security regulations
• Support Ramp Service Agents during departures
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible for different shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old
