Be a key player at GDI Ainsworth as a Service Coordinator in the Toronto GTA. This role centers on exceptional customer support, technical dispatching, and organizational skills.
Your responsibilities will include providing top-tier service to customers, managing work orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of field service logistics. Built for motivated individuals, the position requires strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively while adhering to safety and quality standards. Engage with both customers and internal teams to facilitate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document customer requests in the management system
• Prioritize and dispatch service work orders
• Collaborate with technicians and clients for service issues
• Maintain records of procurement transactions daily
• Generate quotes for small services as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience, HVAC knowledge a plus
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities
• Experience in high-pressure environments
• Adherence to safety and operational policies
