At our Dixie Road location, we are hiring a Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers. This role involves managing communications via calls, texts, and emails while promoting essential maintenance and service options. You will also engage with customers and dealership teams to provide exceptional service and meet performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule service appointments for vehicles
• Connect proactively with new and returning customers
• Manage inbound communications professionally
• Build relationships by promoting services offered
• Deliver quality service and meet performance benchmarks
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service experience
• Strong communication skills in various formats
• Positive, solution-focused team player
• Organized with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
