Your role involves establishing connections with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored support. You will interact with various groups, including youth at risk and individuals with disabilities, ensuring inclusive engagement throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and respond to inquiries through various channels

• Assess jobseekers' needs with active listening skills

• Complete eligibility questions and create accurate client records

• Schedule timely appointments with Employment Counsellors

• Track client records and follow up with confirmations

Requirements:
