Part-Time Usher Sports Center

Join the City of Mississauga as a Part-Time Usher at the Sports and Entertainment Center. Engage patrons with excellent customer service while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

As an Usher, you will greet visitors, verify tickets, and help patrons with seating. Your responsibilities include providing directional support and maintaining safety during events. This role focuses on customer interaction and venue cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons and scan tickets at entry

• Assist guests with seat arrangements, including special needs

• Monitor patron conduct and report issues to supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the venue

• Perform custodial duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Valid Emergency First Aid and CPR “B” certification

• Previous ushering or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong communication skills in high-pressure settings

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends

Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and ensure visitor safety at the Mississauga Sports and Entertainment Center.
