Working closely with the Retail go-to-market team, you'll support operations and streamline customer success initiatives. Essential responsibilities include analyzing customer data for insights, addressing complex issues, and following up on invoices.
Your role also involves distributing support tickets and handling customer chats effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvement initiatives
• Analyze customer trends to drive problem-solving solutions
• Resolve high-level customer issues with thorough investigation
• Follow up on overdue invoices and manage billing queries
• Distribute Zendesk tickets and assist with customer chats
Requirements:
• 3+ years in administrative or customer service roles
• Stellar time management and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English;
French language skills are a plus
• Retail experience is beneficial
