Germain Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for our valued guests. In this role, you will manage check-ins and check-outs while attending to guest requests with a personalized touch. Your proactive problem-solving skills will be essential to resolve any concerns that arise during their stay, collaborating with departments to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person

• Resolve guest issues proactively to ensure satisfaction

• Collaborate with various departments for personalized service

• Use creativity to enhance the overall guest journey

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality is an asset

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong customer service orientation and positivity

• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations

• Proficient computer skills, familiar with OPERA PMS
