Position: Fixed-Term Customer Success Manager Role

You will take charge of a pooled portfolio during a minimum 12-month term, utilizing modern tools to enhance customer experiences from implementation through renewal. Your work will drive efficiency in managing multiple accounts while maintaining a high standard of quality and personalization in interactions. Collaborate with various teams to continuously refine customer success processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage account implementation and onboarding processes

• Prepare detailed client engagement materials and communication

• Assess and address renewal risks proactively

• Conduct health assessments and engagement touchpoints

• Improve team workflows by identifying process gaps

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech

• CRM experience; familiarity with Hub Spot is an advantage

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Ability to manage diverse account portfolios effectively

• Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
