Step into the role of Guest Services Attendant at the Gallagher Centre, where you will provide exceptional customer service and manage diverse inquiries. Engage with guests by handling bookings, payments, and event-related inquiries.

In this casual position, you’ll be responsible for processing admissions, responding to switchboard calls, and managing customer complaints with professionalism. Your knowledge of city events and facilities ensures patrons receive accurate information and a positive experience. Autonomous work and good interpersonal relations are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and handle customer inquiries efficiently

• Process admissions and program registration swiftly

• Receive and manage bookings for City facilities

• Act as a call desk during emergencies

• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Requirements:

• At least one year experience handling cash in customer service

• Strong understanding of customer service practices

• Proficient in computer usage

• Excellent public relations and communication skills

• RCMP security clearance required
