Position: Customer Service Delivery Associate Role

As part of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering orders, managing inventory, and using paint mixing equipment as required. You'll have direct interactions with customers, helping to address inquiries and process transactions efficiently. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork within a vibrant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, pack, and ship orders according to schedule

• Manage the loading and unloading of delivery products

• Maintain and operate equipment like hand trucks and forklifts

• Provide customer service in person and over the phone

• Organize inventory and maintain safety standards

Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen years old

• Hold a valid Driver’s License

• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 70 lbs

• One year of customer service experience preferred

• Proficiency with material handling equipment is a plus
