• Address inquiries through phone or email
• Manage resolution of disputes
• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee order completion
• Process orders
• Generate quotations for products
• Act as an intermediary between the company and the sales team
• Monitor orders and notify about unavailable stock

• High school diploma required (post-secondary education is preferred)
• Great communication skills in English and French
• Strong team player and communicator
• Customer centric
• 2+ years of call center/customer service experience (B2B)
